Before you start

Clear about what already works.

Do I need an iPhone?

New Spaceoverlay captures require an iPhone with LiDAR and iOS 26 or later. Without LiDAR you can view and share existing rooms but cannot create a new room. A scan saves a model image and, after at least two captured walls, a floor plan; not a room photograph; arrange property photography separately. The web demo is available in the browser.

Are the designs the existing situation?

No. Original photos and AI designs are labelled separately everywhere. A design illustrates a possibility; it is not construction advice or a guarantee that a use is feasible.

What happens to my photos?

Rooms, measurements and designs are stored locally on your iPhone. Local scanning needs no account. Online design generation requires an account and sends the available source image when you request a design.

What does a pilot cost?

There are no fixed pilot terms or prices yet. The first conversation is free of obligation; getting in touch is not an order.
