Which styles can I ask for?+
Anything you can say in a sentence. A use (restaurant, office, family home), a mood (light, warm, minimal) or a combination. Each brief produces a new design on the same photo.
Are the designs structurally feasible?+
A design illustrates a possibility. It is not construction advice and no guarantee that a use will be permitted. That is why it is always labelled ‘AI design’.
Does it work without a scan?+
Without LiDAR you can view, share and design from existing rooms in Spaceoverlay. Creating a new room requires LiDAR and iOS 26 or later. A scan saves a model image and, after at least two captured walls, a floor plan; not a room photograph; arrange property photography separately.
